Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies for a variety of geCKo adhesive applications

  • Organizing promotional events for audiences in a variety of industries

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of our website and promotions to determine what drives sales

  • Identifying new markets and creating a plan to enter the market

  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management

  • Materials for potential customers

  • Enable partner success through relationships management, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights and support

  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

  • Making brochures for different customer types; manufacturing, airplanes, construction, consumer

  • Design brochures, marketing materials, keep website up to date

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience, ideally from a digital agency, brand marketing, or top online publisher or media company

  • Strategic thinker

  • Passion for strengthening corporate culture and productivity, and building community 

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Strong leadership with an emphasis on collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility, and is able to rally people and influence to get things done

  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously

  • Relentless curiosity and a passion for using storytelling to create experiences

  • Ability to cut through ambiguity

  • Aptitude for influencing others and getting people on board with an idea or direction

  • Head needs at least 4+ years successfully leading editorial and content teams, and creating and driving content strategies

Typical Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 1 years of related experience.
